She believed she was buying a natural diamond as a high-value investment. However, the truth is far different: the stone is merely Zirconia set in 14-karat gold—vastly different from the quality she expected.
Ana had planned to sell the ring to Maddox Jewelry while also shopping for new pieces. But instead of good news, she was met with a harsh reality.
For a price tag of ₱3 million, it is only natural to expect a genuine, high-quality diamond. Instead, the stone turned out to be zirconia, creating a massive gap in value. In reality, the actual price of such a piece is only around ₱41,800.
